  We had Ben come in on rather short notice to block up a doorway, to complete it with plastering, and to remove some ceiling cornice. He was very efficient in replying via email, giving us a very clear and detailed quote, which helped tremendously in speeding up the process. Communications were good!
  
  In person, he's very friendly and easy-going, and kept us well informed of all work progress and plans. The job was completed within the estimated timespan as communicated without any delays. His quality of work is good and we would certainly contact him again for future jobs! It's definitely useful to know that his business handles a variety of building/refurbishment works.
  
  An added bonus: his music choice and volume during work is most considerate so it's been a calm and non-disruptive experience in the household.
